Antwerp with Herman Adriaensen

Art, architecture, poetry, and... a bottle ship... Visual artist Herman Adriaensen shows us Antwerp inside out in an unusual and honest way.

“I have a love-hate relationship with Antwerp” – he says. After living here for over seventy years and seeing different cultural changes, he has a lot to share.

Herman is filled with energy and has his own opinion about everything. It was a rich experience spending these few days with such a gentle person.

This video was a task given at Syntra, where I followed the course "Video Content Creator" and the first report I've ever made. Despite all the technical troubles I faced with shooting and editing as a very beginner, I love this video because of its atmosphere. So I decided to keep it here.
